Dr. Beach graduated from Washington State University in 1999, having completed a dissertation that focuses upon the issue of segmentation in international equity markets. Dr. Beach came to Radford University in 2001 and was named Radford University's 2003 Outstanding Faculty Award for the College of Business and Economics. His areas of interest include International Investments, Emerging Markets, Asset Pricing, and Investments. Dr. Beach has taught courses on corporate finance, international management, and capital markets and institutions at Washington State University, Loyola Marymount University, Southwest Texas State University, and now at Radford University. At Washington State University, Dr. Beach was a course author for distance learning courses involving Corporate Finance and Investments. He has also worked as a consultant for a start-up plastic recycling firm.
Dr. Beach has published and presented several papers, all of which address issues related to emerging markets and investing. His papers can be found in various publications such as the Journal of Emerging Markets and Proceedings of the Southwestern Finance Association Meeting. In addition to his publications and presentations, Dr. Beach has been successful in receiving competitive research grants from Loyola Marymount University, Washington State University, and Radford University.

Dr. Hooshang M. Beheshti is professor of management at Radford University, Radford Virginia. He has over twenty years of experience as an educator and a consultant. Dr. Beheshti has co-authored two textbooks; one in management science and the other in information systems. He has published extensively on a variety of management topics. His articles have appeared in the Journal of Computer Information Systems, Journal of Business and entrepreneurship, Journal of International Information Management, and Industrial Management and Data Systems among others.
He is one of the co-founders of the International Academy of Business Disciplines (IABD) and is one of its past presidents. He is also a member of the board of directors of IABD.

Dr. Blaylock is in his ninth year of service at Radford University and has a total of twenty-four years experience in the field of academia. Upon arrival at Radford University in 1994, he served as Dean of the College of Business and Economics until 1999. Dr. Blaylock is currently a professor of management and teaches courses such as Statistical Decision Support, Starting & Managing a Small Business, and Leadership & Motivation. He is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma National Scholastic Honor Society in the field of Business and Administration. Bruce W. Chase, professor of accounting, is in his eleventh year of service at Radford University. He is also the Director of the University's Governmental and Nonprofit Assistance Center (GNAC). He is a CPA and earned both his MBA and Ph.D. from Virginia Commonwealth University. He has chaired the VSCPA's Governmental Accounting and Auditing Committee and served as a member of its Not-for-Profit Committee. He is also a member of the VGFOA's Education Committee.
Prior to joining the faculty of Radford University, Bruce spent over 15 years in governmental and nonprofit accounting. He began his career with the Auditor of Public Accounts and then with Coopers and Lybrand. He served as Treasurer of Virginia Commonwealth University and later as chief financial officer of Southern Seminary College. Bruce has written numerous articles on governmental and nonprofit accounting and is a frequent speaker on these topics. He also does extensive training on governmental accounting and reporting issues. He was awarded the AGA's National Education and Training Award in 2002, outstanding service award from the VGFOA in 2000 and the VSCPA's Broadus Award in 1997.

Dr. Clelland is in his fourth year at Radford University and has a total of 10 years experience in the field of academia. He started his career as a small business partner, then worked as a research scientist for the US Department of Defense, and has since consulted with companies about strategic issues. Dr. Clelland has taught courses to undergraduate, MBA, and doctoral students. These courses span the topics of strategic management, business & society, principles of management, organization theory, organizational behavior, and strategic environmental management at Radford University, University of Southern California, Loyola Marymount University, Washington State University, and the University of Tennessee-Knoxville. At the University of Tennessee he successfully competed for research grants and helped to develop a team-taught MBA curriculum. His research focuses on the intersection of strategic management and ecologically sustainable business practices. He has examined the mutual influences of competitive strategy and misconduct, corporate competencies, and environmental management. In addition to numerous conference papers, he has published in such journals as the Academy of Management Journal and Interfaces: International Journal of the Institute for Operations Research. Dr. Clelland is an active of member of the Strategic Management Society and Southern Management Association.

Dr. Davidson has been at Radford University since 1986 as a professor of business law, and has over 29 years of academic experience. He has taught at institutions such as California State University-Fresno, the University of Arkansas, St. Cloud State University, and Central Connecticut State College. Davidson was awarded the Outstanding Faculty Award for the College of Business and Economics for 2000-01, becoming his fourth Outstanding Faculty award. He has been a member of the Southern Regional of the Academy of Legal Studies in Business since 1977 and currently serves at Head Reviewer for the Proceedings of the SRBLA and Southern Law Journal. Dr. Davidson has co-authored nine books pertaining to the area of business law. Additionally, his publications can be found in journals such as

Dr. Henderson came to Radford University in 1996 and is primarily responsible for teaching Strategic Management which is a capstone course for both undergraduate and graduate students. Other courses include basic Entrepreneurship, Business Research and Reporting, and Competitive Intelligence. Professor Clarence C. Rose has twenty-nine years of college/university experience in Finance, Insurance, and Real Estate. Prior to beginning his teaching career, Professor Rose worked for the Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company as a Special Agent and as an Agency Manager. He has published numerous professional articles in journals such as, Personal Financial Planning, The Journal of Financial Planning, The American Association of Individual Investor's Journal, The Tax Advisor, National Public Accounting and others. Dr. Stanton came to Radford University in 1994 as the Dean of the College of Graduate and Extended Education and
Professor of Marketing. He is currently RU Provost & Vice
President for Academic Affairs as well as a Professor of Marketing and member of the Graduate Faculty. Prior to joining Radford Dr. Stanton was a tenured full-professor of Marketing and served as department chair, associate dean, and member of the graduate faculty at Old Dominion University. He has also been a member of the graduate faculty at Auburn University and Oklahoma State University.
During his career Dr. Stanton has served as a consultant to both government and industry. Included among the many companies, agencies, and institutions with whom he has consulted are: The Carter Administration (energy conservation and residential household retrofitting) , the Reagan Reelection Committee, NASA, Warner Lambert International, Pepsi Cola, AT&T, AT&T International, AT&T-Paradyne, Lucent Technologies, Procter and Gamble, IBM, Coca Cola Domestic and International, TELMEX, Clorox, Ortho Pharmaceutical (International), Nations Bank, Texize, Del Monte, R.J. Reynolds, and Kodak Domestic and International. Dr. Tong worked in the petroleum industry as an engineer prior to entering
academia. He has been with Radford University since 1984. At the MBA level, Dr. Tong teaches primarily in the area of Marketing Management, International Business, and Global Market Research (GMR). Under his guidance in recent years, RU MBA students have completed GMR projects for Strongwell Corporation, Capps Shoe Company, PC Design, Inc., Wynn's Precision, Inc., Plymouth, Inc, and Marley Mouldings, Inc.
